How MVBA Manages Donations
MVBA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations are used exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. They are managed by the Treasurer and overseen by the Board of Directors, and allocated through an annual budgeting process approved by the Board. They are reported to members through regular financial updates.
No Board member, officer, or volunteer is compensated for their service, and all funds are used to support the mission of the Association.
