General Meetings
The MVBA General Meetings take place on the third Tuesday of each January, March, May, July, September, & November from 7-8pm at the First and Franklin Presbyterian Church’s Park Avenue Chapel, located at 210 West Madison Street (Park Avenue entrance).
Meetings are open to the public and to the press and provide an opportunity for the community to hear updates from MVBA and City organizations on their work in the neighborhood. Meeting attendees are encouraged to ask questions and engage with MVBA through these meetings.

Board Meetings
The MVBA Board meets on the second Tuesday of each month with the exception of August and December. Meetings are held virtually at 6 pm.
Special Meetings
MVBA occasionally has the need for special meetings when issues arise, committees request, and/or the community needs to be informed of important situations and events outside of regularly scheduled General Membership Meetings. These meetings will be announced as needed with information about when, where, and who should be in attendance.
